What you’ll do

As a Team Leader, your role goes beyond managing. You’ll:

• Ensure smooth shifts, even during busy periods
• Train and certify new Baristas
• Drive success for yourself and your team
• Innovate with new recipes to energise your team
• Maintain high standards, from excellent espressos to monthly coffee excellence scores
