Being a Team Leader means so much more than leading (even though that\’s still pretty important). It\’s your chance to step up to the plate – which means you\’ll be:

  • Creating smooth shifts even in busy periods
  • Training and accrediting new Baristas
  • Stirring up success for yourself and your team
  • Crafting new recipes to energise your team
  • Keeping standards high, from excellent espressos to monthly coffee excellence scores
