About the Role

As a Barista Maestro (Team Leader), you’ll have your first taste of leadership responsibility, accountability, and autonomy. You’ll be involved in daily operations, stock management, health & safety, store marketing, and other engaging activities. Your focus will be on creating uplifting experiences for customers and inspiring your team to prioritise excellent customer service.
