Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced and organised Repairs Co‑ordinator to join our busy operations team.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day repairs and maintenance activities, ensuring works are scheduled efficiently and completed to a high standard while maintaining excellent communication with clients, tenants, and operatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling and coordinating reactive and planned maintenance works
- Liaising with tenants, clients, subcontractors, and site operatives
- Raising and processing work orders
- Monitoring job progress and ensuring deadlines are met
- Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
- Handling incoming calls and emails professionally
- Assisting with operative diaries and resource allocation
- Ensuring excellent customer service throughout the repairs process
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Repairs Co‑ordinator, Scheduler, or Administrator within the construction or social housing sector
- Experience working within the construction industry is essential
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Professional telephone manner and customer service skills
