Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and qualified Junior Health & Safety Advisor to support our management team and help drive continuous improvement in health and safety performance throughout the business. The successful candidate will support the implementation and monitoring of COSRO Group's Health & Safety Management System across multiple projects. The role is primarily office and compliance-based, with a requirement to undertake site inspections and audits approximately one day per week across our project locations.
Essential Requirements:
- NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum requirement).
- Minimum 1 year experience in a Health & Safety role.
- Good understanding of UK Health & Safety legislation.
- Strong communication and report‑writing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Ability to travel to sites across London and the South East.
Desirable Qualifications:
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate.
- TechIOSH membership or working towards IOSH membership.
- Construction industry experience.
- CSCS Card.
- Knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015.
- Experience supporting Constructionline, CHAS or ISO management systems.
