FRA Planner / Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in scheduling and coordinating Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) works.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual with previous experience in planning and coordinating FRA projects within the fire safety sector.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule and coordinate Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) works.
  • Liaise with clients, surveyors, contractors and internal teams to ensure works are completed efficiently.
  • Manage engineers\' diaries and allocate appointments.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are achieved.
  • Update internal systems with accurate job information and documentation.
  • Resolve scheduling issues and respond promptly to client enquiries.
  • Produce reports and maintain compliance records.
  • Ensure all work is delivered in line with company procedures and client expectations.

Essential Requirements

Experience coordinating or planning Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) works is essential.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and work under pressure.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office and scheduling systems.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Must be eligible to work in the UK.

Desirable

  • Experience within fire safety, compliance, social housing or property maintenance.
  • Knowledge of passive fire protection or wider compliance services.
