COSRO Group Limited is a well-established, family-run construction and property maintenance company specialising in social housing repairs, refurbishment, retrofit, and fire safety works across London and the surrounding areas.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced and motivated FRA Supervisor to join our fire safety team.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will oversee fire safety and FRA (Fire Risk Assessment) remedial works across social housing and residential properties, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with current regulations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising fire safety and FRA remedial works on site
- Managing operatives and subcontractors
- Conducting site inspections and quality checks
- Ensuring works are completed in line with specifications and fire safety regulations
- Liaising with clients, residents, and site teams
- Monitoring health & safety compliance on site
- Ordering materials and coordinating labour resources
- Reporting progress and updating management teams
- Ensuring works are completed within programme and budget
Requirements
- Previous experience supervising fire safety / FRA works
- Strong understanding of fire stopping, fire doors, compartmentation, and passive fire protection works
- Experience within the social housing or construction sector
- Good knowledge of health & safety procedures
- Ability to manage multiple sites and operatives
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
Desirable
- SSSTS / SMSTS qualification
- Fire safety or passive fire protection qualifications
- Experience working within occupied residential properties
- Asbestos awareness and first aid certification
