COSRO Group Limited is a well-established, family-run construction and property maintenance company specialising in social housing repairs, refurbishment, retrofit, and fire safety works across London and the surrounding areas.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced and motivated FRA Supervisor to join our fire safety team.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will oversee fire safety and FRA (Fire Risk Assessment) remedial works across social housing and residential properties, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with current regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervising fire safety and FRA remedial works on site
  • Managing operatives and subcontractors
  • Conducting site inspections and quality checks
  • Ensuring works are completed in line with specifications and fire safety regulations
  • Liaising with clients, residents, and site teams
  • Monitoring health & safety compliance on site
  • Ordering materials and coordinating labour resources
  • Reporting progress and updating management teams
  • Ensuring works are completed within programme and budget
