We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Social Media and Marketing Officer to join our small but dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will manage our digital communications to members and prospective members, working alongside the Digital Team.
Responsibilities
- Implement our social media strategy to help CoSRH meet its business objectives.
- Manage and create original copy and multimedia content; deliver email newsletters and paid/organic digital campaigns.
- Operate social media accounts such as LinkedIn and Instagram and align activities with campaign and brand goals.
- Tailor communications for diverse audiences ā doctors, nurses, midwives, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure consistent application of brand identity.
- Work across teams to deliver communications solutions supporting qualifications, courses, events and advocacy.
- Deliver multiāchannel digital activity, including paid advertising, to optimise digital impact and maximise audience engagement.
- Analyse data and use analytics to measure activity and increase impact.
Qualifications
- Experience managing digital communications and social media accounts.
- Proven track record of delivering multiāchannel digital activity, including paid advertising.
- Experience with content planner tools and collaborating across teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative approach to messaging.
- Ability to understand data, measure activity and report insights.
