Location: Hybrid – CoSRH Office (London Bridge) and home working.

The role:

Reporting to the Director of Learning, Product & Innovation, the Head of Professional Learning & Development plays a critical leadership role in translating organisational strategy into high‑quality, scalable learning products across CoSRH’s qualifications, training programmes and CPD offer. Leading a small team of product specialists, the role is responsible for driving educational quality, learner experience, digital innovation and commercial sustainability, while ensuring alignment with recognised educational standards, equality and accessibility requirements. Working collaboratively with senior clinical leaders, boards, committees, suppliers and internal teams, the postholder will develop new learning products, optimise existing provision, and respond to emerging opportunities, including digital and AI‑enabled solutions, to support the professional development of the UK and international sexual and reproductive healthcare workforce.

The College of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare (CoSRH) are the leaders in the field of sexual and reproductive healthcare, and we are the voice for professionals working in this area. As a multi‑disciplinary professional membership organisation, we set clinical guidance and standards, provide training and lifelong education, and champion safe and effective sexual and reproductive health care across the life course for all. We are a small team of staff based at London Bridge and across the UK.
