We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Contract Support to join our growing operations team. This is a key role within the business, responsible for managing small works and project coordination across our HVAC department. You will act as the vital link between clients, engineers, and internal teams—ensuring all works are delivered efficiently, accurately, and with a strong client-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and prioritise all incoming small works and projects
- Schedule engineers and ensure attendance within agreed SLAs
- Manage the full job lifecycle, including ordering parts and liaising with suppliers
- Monitor job profitability, ensuring work stays within agreed cost estimates
- Prepare and issue RAMS documentation for all works
- Review engineer reports and submit to clients within deadlines
- Maintain regular, professional communication with clients
- Act as the main point of contact for client queries, ensuring prompt resolution
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing
- Maintain accurate records and system updates
What We’re Looking For
Experience Knowledge
- Previous experience in a helpdesk, contract support, or scheduling role
- Experience in a field service or engineering environment (advantageous)
- Familiarity with FSM systems (e.g. Joblogic, SimPRO or similar)
Skills Attributes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple workflows
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Ability to work well under pressure

- IOSH training or experience producing RAMS
