About the Role We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Contract Support to join our growing operations team. This is a key role within the business, responsible for managing small works and project coordination across our HVAC department. You will act as the vital link between clients, engineers, and internal teamsensuring all works are delivered efficiently, accurately, and with a strong client-first approach. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and prioritise all incoming small works and projects Schedule engineers and ensure attendance within agreed SLAs Manage the full job lifecycle, including ordering parts and liaising with suppliers Monitor job profitability, ensuring work stays within agreed cost estimates Prepare and issue RAMS documentation for all works Review engineer reports and submit to clients within deadlines Maintain regular, professional communication with clients Act as the main point of contact for client queries, ensuring prompt resolution Ensure timely and accurate invoicing Maintain accurate records and system updates What Were Looking For Experience
