Student Services Registrar to support operational activities. Junior position.
Responsibilities:
- Support operational activities including coordinating logistical aspects of office operations such as task management, records management, mail distribution, central files, report controls.
- Facilitate the flow, storage, and retrieval of information across the organization.
- Resolve a wide range of administrative policies, procedures, and process issues.
- Assist with research efforts and develop reports that identify trends and potential areas for improvement.
- Apply analytical judgment resource management principles, practices and concepts in direct support of the mission.
- Track student enrollment and registration, and maintain training records within the learning management systems (currently the Advanced Global Intelligence Learning Environment (AGILE)).
- Collect and manage completed class rosters, student evaluations, and instructor evaluations.
- Coordinate training resources, course schedules, and classroom space allocation, working closely with training-site schedulers in Stuttgart, Germany to ensure availability and alignment.
- Maintain the online training and command calendar, leadership smart books, and personnel and recall rosters.
- Accurately input course descriptions and iterations into the learning management systems and notify instructors, students, and managers updates as needed.
- Provide enrollment support to USEUCOM, service component training coordinators, and other customers as required.
- Provide administrative support and coordination for partner nation engagement activities conducted by mobile training teams.
- Coordinate with the designated mobile training team lead to verify team composition, student date, course information, and completion data, and update the learning management systems accordingly.
Must Haves:
- At least a two-year Associate's Degree or a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution, and at least four years of specialized experience working in a military or intelligence community training or administration environment.
- College and/or university education coupled with experience may be considered when determining qualifications.
- Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft 365 suite—including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint—and the ability to edit Adobe PDF documents.
- Good customer service and communication skills, and ability to learn the use of the learning management systems (AGILE and SharePoint).
- Ability to support early/late schedules as needed.
- TS/SCI/CI Poly.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge or experience working in a Combatant Command (COCOM) environment.
