The Role
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in your designated section
- Work across a variety of international cuisines in a buffet-style setting
- Ensure all food hygiene and safety standards are maintained
- Assist in stock control and kitchen organization
- Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen
- Train and mentor junior chefs, helping to maintain consistency and excellence
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen
- Passion for cooking and a keen interest in multi-cuisine buffet-style service
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations
