We are working exclusively with our client to find a remote Partnerships Manager based in the UK. Our client is a fast-growing SaaS company helping marketing agencies and SMBs convert more inbound leads into qualified sales appointments through AI-powered automation. Their platform engages and nurtures leads across multiple channels, syncing directly with client calendars to improve speed-to-lead and conversion rates without the need for manual follow-up. Bootstrapped and founded in 2024, they’ve reached $1M ARR within their first year and now serve over 400 paying customers. They’re now looking for a Partnerships Manager to accelerate expansion through strategic alliances, joint ventures, and software integrations.

The Role:

  • Developing and managing strategic partnerships with complementary software providers, marketing communities, and content creators to drive new user acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Attending in person events such as conferences and partner meets.
  • Building co-marketing campaigns, joint ventures, and integration opportunities that deliver value for both partners and end customers.
  • Owning the full partnership lifecycle – from identifying and engaging new partners to onboarding, enablement, and performance tracking.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for partner relationships, ensuring clear communication, mutual value creation, and ongoing collaboration.
  • Working closely with the founders and marketing team to launch new partnership initiatives, webinars, and affiliate campaigns.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance product distribution and market reach through ecosystem integrations.
  • Measuring and reporting on partnership performance, revenue attribution, and engagement outcomes.
  • Playing a key role as one of the company’s early commercial hires – shaping the partnership strategy and building the foundations for future growth and leadership opportunities.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in partnerships within a SaaS or digital marketing environment.
  • Proven ability to identify, negotiate, and activate strategic partnerships that drive measurable revenue and user growth.
  • Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
  • Comfortable managing a wide range of partners - from software integrations to affiliate and content collaborations.
