We are working exclusively with our client to find a Marketing Lead.
About: Our client is a marketing SaaS solution that helps mid-market and enterprise brands organise and deliver content to drive measurable brand performance through increased audience engagement, data acquisition, and sponsorship activation. Organic content distribution is increasingly driving the marketing landscape, and our client is at the forefront of this wave. Having achieved enormous success through Founder-led sales and recent AE and Customer Success hires, it’s now time to bring in an experienced Marketing Lead to support business development efforts.

The Role:
- Create, develop and execute a marketing strategy to increase visibility and drive inbound leads to the Sales team.
- Analysing data to gain deep insights into how products are performing in different markets to refine the ICP and find high-value areas of success.
- Building high-converting content: landing pages, case studies, blog posts, videos and social media content.
- Creating and developing a digital strategy to establish a brand presence, this will include developing a messaging framework and assisting in the design of all outward-facing materials.
- Consistently updating the website to communicate new product releases and other marketing priorities.
- Working closely with sales to create collateral to help communicate a clear and concise message to customers.
- Collaborating with the Customer Success team on communicating case studies, new product launches and onboarding documentation.
- Running campaigns into targeted industries to support sales efforts whilst measuring their success to use data for further refinement.
- Leveraging channels to maximise marketing productivity, this will include both organic, paid, personal branding and events.
- Identifying resource gaps in the marketing function and hiring accordingly.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years in a marketing lead role with functional experience beforehand.
- Ideal candidates would come with some management experience.
- You would have come from the MarTech space with a keen interest in how consumer-led brands target customers.
- Strong generalist with hands-on experience in content, demand gen and product marketing.
- Able to walk through a recent growth journey and the strategic role you played.
- Ability to analyse data from multiple sources and use it for insights that contribute to areas such as ICP refinement, product positions and relevant content.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple cross-functional projects with excellent project management skills.
- Familiarity with standard marketing tools such as CRMs (they use Pipedrive), Webflow, basic analytic tools, and creative platforms (Canva, Figma or Adobe).
- Previous success in an early-stage start-up.
- Great written and verbal communication.
