Operating across 35+ countries, the business has built a highly engaged, warm customer base with ~£480k ARR, a 97% retention rate, and a clear path to £1m ARR this year. Founded by a recognised expert in responsible growth and certification, and supported by a highly experienced COO and CTO focused on operational excellence, the company is now hiring a Marketing Manager to own and execute marketing end-to-end while staying true to a values-led, no-ego culture.

The Role:
- Own marketing execution end-to-end, translating company objectives into clear, practical activity.
- Plan, manage, and deliver webinars end-to-end (typically 2 per month), including topics, speakers, promotion, hosting, and follow-up.
- Own lifecycle communications across email, in-platform messaging, and newsletters to drive engagement and conversion.
- Develop and manage content for LinkedIn and other channels, working with designers and freelancers where needed.
- Support commercial growth by driving demo attendance, conversion, and upsell within existing membership organisations.
- Working directly with the CTO on product announcements, in-app workflows and CRM optimisation.
- Work closely with the CEO, Account Management, and Customer Success supporting top-level membership organisation relationships led by the CEO, while enabling conversion, renewal, and expansion across individual members.
- Manage the marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns, webinars, and communications are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Own messaging and positioning, ensuring clarity, credibility, and consistency across all touchpoints.
- Track and analyse performance using CRM data and simple reporting, iterating based on what works.
- Coordinate external support (designers, freelancers) without over-reliance on agencies.
- Maintain high standards around written communication, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Operate comfortably in a small, fast-moving team where ownership and follow-through matter.
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in a hands-on B2B marketing role, ideally within a SaaS or platform-led business.
- Comfortable owning execution end-to-end from planning through to delivery without heavy handholding.
- Strong written English with a high bar for clarity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Able to prioritise effectively, balancing multiple workstreams and focusing on what drives the most impact.
- Confident working directly with senior stakeholders, including founders and clients.
- Experience running webinars, and lifecycle communications that drive engagement and conversion.
- Organised, dependable, and proactive - follows through and gets things done.
- Thrives in small, collaborative teams where kindness, trust, and accountability matter.
