Cosmic Partners is seeking a Customer Success Manager to onboard customers, drive activation and ensure users derive value from the platform. You will work with Account Executives and Account Managers across the customer journey, focusing on activation, adoption and day-to-day user experience.

Expect to monitor health, identify risks and expansion opportunities, and support cross-sell and renewals. The role offers hybrid working from the London office three days per week with a base salary of £60k-£65k + 20% OTE.
