Our client is modernising procurement with a platform designed to replace outdated, legacy solutions with a more intuitive and efficient alternative. As they scale across EMEA and North America, they are seeking an exceptional SDR Manager to build a high-performing outbound function and play a key role in driving the next phase of growth.

- Designing and implementing an account-based prospecting strategy focused on CFOs, Heads of Finance and Procurement leaders across the target market.
- Working closely with Sales, Marketing and Leadership to refine ICPs, territory plans, messaging and targeting strategies.
- Driving a high-performance culture centred around quality conversations, strong execution and continuous improvement.
- Leveraging cold calling, creative outbound campaigns, events and multi-channel prospecting to maximise opportunity creation.
- Using data, experimentation and AI tools to improve productivity, increase conversion rates and identify new growth opportunities.
- Establishing clear performance metrics, coaching frameworks and management cadences to drive accountability across the team.
- Analysing outbound performance and making informed recommendations on team structure, headcount planning and future investment.
- Acting as a key stakeholder in the evolution of the wider go-to-market strategy as the business scales across EMEA and North America.
Minimum 3 years' experience leading and developing SDR / BDR teams within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment. Proven track record of building outbound prospecting strategies that consistently generate qualified pipeline and revenue opportunities. Experience managing teams of SDRs, with responsibility for performance management, coaching, hiring and team development. Strong understanding of account-based prospecting and experience targeting senior decision-makers, including CFOs, Finance Leaders and Procurement stakeholders. Deep expertise in cold calling and multi-channel outbound, with a belief that phone-based prospecting remains a critical part of a successful outbound motion. Experience creating and implementing SDR playbooks, prospecting frameworks and repeatable operating processes. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance, identify bottlenecks and make informed decisions to improve results. High levels of curiosity around modern prospecting techniques, AI tools and emerging technologies that can improve SDR productivity and effectiveness. Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to challenge convention, test new ideas and lead from the front. Previous success as an individual SDR or BDR before moving into leadership. Strong communication skills, commercial acumen and the confidence to influence stakeholders across Sales, Marketing and Leadership. Hybrid working - London office 3 days per week.
