Having grown 60% YoY last year and raised Series A funding, they are looking for an experienced Sales Director to manage new business sales across the UK with a future EMEA focus.

Role:
- Taking ownership of the commercial function and helping build a scalable revenue engine capable of supporting the next phase of company growth.
- Leading, coaching and developing a growing sales team while remaining hands-on in strategic opportunities and key customer relationships.
- Responsible for delivering a team revenue target, primarily through new business acquisition, while driving overall team performance and supporting a smaller proportion of expansion revenue from existing customers.
- Implementing and embedding a repeatable sales methodology (MEDDPICC or similar) across the business, ensuring consistent qualification, forecasting and pipeline management.
- Driving multi-threaded enterprise sales processes across investors, lenders, developers, advisors and operators.
- Working closely with the CRO to refine go-to-market strategy, territory planning, sales processes, messaging and market prioritisation.
- Building sales assets, industry-specific propositions and repeatable playbooks for different buyer personas across the real estate investment ecosystem.
- Improving conversion rates through the middle stages of the sales cycle, particularly around solution definition, proof of value and stakeholder alignment.
- Collaborating with Product, Marketing and Customer Success to ensure customer feedback influences roadmap priorities and commercial strategy.
- Supporting hiring decisions and helping shape the future structure of the commercial organisation, including top of funnel, AE and pre-sales hires.
- Utilising HubSpot more effectively and implementing the right sales tools, processes and reporting to improve productivity, forecasting accuracy and overall commercial performance.
Responsibilities:
- Proven experience leading and scaling B2B sales teams within consultative SaaS businesses, selling solutions that deliver measurable business value.
- Demonstrable track record of leading, coaching and developing high-performing sales teams within a scaling SaaS business.
- Experience implementing structured sales processes, methodologies and forecasting frameworks.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to engage senior commercial stakeholders and understand complex business challenges.
- Well-versed in consultative sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, with experience running structured, value-led sales processes and complex stakeholder engagements.
- Comfortable operating in scaling environments where processes, teams and infrastructure are still evolving.
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with confidence discussing investment performance, market trends, ROI and business outcomes.
- Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and personally drive opportunities forward when required.
- Minimum three years of sales management experience, ideally combined with a successful background as an individual contributor.
