We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Sales Manager to drive growth and build long-term partnerships across our innovative range of injectables, energy-based devices, skincare solutions, and upcoming product launches.
Salary & Benefits
- Base Salary: £50,000 per year
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): £70,000+ per year

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strong relationships with aesthetic clinics, key accounts, and practitioners
- Deliver engaging product training and support treatment protocol implementation
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed targets
- Onboard new clients and ensure seamless integration of the full product portfolio
- Actively participate in workshops, training sessions, events, and aesthetic exhibitions
- Stay informed about trends in aesthetic medicine and contribute insights to the team
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in aesthetic sales or business development (injectables or medical devices preferred)
- Proven success in achieving and surpassing sales targets and managing the full sales cycle
- Strong network within the UK aesthetics industry is highly desirable
- Experience delivering product or clinical training to clinics and practitioners
- Confident communicator who excels at building rapport and converting leads
- Willingness to travel across the UK (approx. 40%)
- Full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK
