Cosmetic Physician Partners Europe (CPPE) is a fast-growing, physician-led network of premier medical aesthetic clinics across the UK, Ireland, and Europe, backed by our US partner CPP.
We give our clinics centralised HR, IT, marketing, and data-analytics support so their teams can focus on patient care while keeping full operational control.
The Role
We're hiring a
3rd Line IT Support Engineer to be CPPE's IT presence on the ground in Europe.
As our first dedicated IT hire in the region, you'll handle the full range of support β from day-to-day end-user issues through to systems administration β and lead the IT side of clinic integrations as new practices join. You'll work with a high degree of autonomy, escalating complex infrastructure and security work to our US based team, and report into the IT Manager.
What you'll do
- Be the day-to-day IT support for our UK and European clinics, handling the full range of requests from end users through to systems administration.
- Lead clinic integrations
β run discovery and audits, deploy our standard toolset (Ninja One, Bit Defender, Intune, 1Password, Zendesk), migrate mailboxes and files, configure site networking and firewall, and decommission legacy tooling.
- Administer
- Microsoft 365
(Entra ID, Exchange, Intune, Share Point, Teams) and Google Workspace.
- Manage endpoints and security through
- Ninja One
- (RMM),
- Bit Defender

- 1Password
- Provide firewall (Dray Tek, Cisco, Meraki, Sonic Wall) and network support; escalating complex network/VPN and infrastructure to the Senior IT Engineer.
- Set up and support clinic telephony
(cloud Vo IP, IVR / call routing), A/V, and clinical hardware (imaging, scanners, i Pads).
- O onboarding/offboarding and manage tickets and documentation in
- Zendesk
- Work within
UK/EU GDPR and our data-protection policies; support security awareness (Know Be4).
- Must-haves
- 4+ years in IT support across 1stβ3rd line.
Networking and firewall fundamentals (Dray Tek/Cisco or comparable).
Self-directed
β able to own problems and projects with minimal supervision.
- Clear communication with non-technical and clinical users.
Right to work in the UK.
Nice-to-haves
We don't expect every box ticked.
- Onboarding or migrating IT for new sites, M&A, or multi-site / MSP environments.
- Cloud Vo IP / telephony (IVR / call routing).
- A/V, imaging, or clinical hardware (Canfield / Touch MD, i Pads).
Microsoft certifications (MS-102, AZ-104) or equivalent.
- GDPR / data protection in a healthcare or regulated setting.
