The Role: As a Senior Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our client’s field teams and ensuring operational excellence across the business. You will act as a central point of coordination, working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and third-party partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain clear and effective communication between internal teams, external partners, and suppliers
- Support field team activities, including organising training sessions and events
- Attend and support the organisation of client offsite conferences and meetings
- Produce and distribute account toolkits and field documentation to agreed standards and deadlines
- Coordinate with third-party suppliers to manage equipment purchasing, distribution, and asset tracking
- Support service delivery through troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Set up and maintain Salesforce and reporting systems on tablets and mobile devices
- Work cross-functionally to resolve day-to-day operational issues
- Review, document, and improve existing processes and systems, providing recommendations to drive cost and service improvements
