We’re looking for an Analyst to join CPM at head office in Stokenchurch. If you have experience in a data led role and enjoy understanding the trends and pulling out insight, we want to hear from you!

This role works as part of the Business Insights and Reporting teams and is responsible for providing internal and external stakeholders with reporting solutions and outputs. These allow the business to drive performance, efficiency, and effectiveness. You will optimise the use of the available systems and technology in each client solution, identifying opportunities to add value for our clients.

Within this role you will work alongside the Account management and Operations teams, playing an integral part in our plans to grow and develop our solutions for our clients. You will report into the Reporting and Insight Manager.

The skills we need from you:

  • Knowledge & experience of SQL or another coding language.
  • Proficient in data visualization tool - Power BI.
  • Advanced with Microsoft systems, including Excel.
  • Experience or an understanding of using the ETL process.
  • Knowledge of database and reporting systems.
  • Experience of manipulating data from various sources and relating this to market trends/intelligence.
  • Supportive of change in a fast-moving environment and a positive and can-do attitude.
