The adventure starts here. As a Field Sales Team Leader, you’ll be:
- Organising your team’s work patterns and areas of work.
- Setting daily targets and motivating your team to succeed.
- Responsible for coaching and performance management to drive quality and develop a highly motivated team of Field Sales Reps to meet sales and key performance targets.
- Using daily management information to drive increased conversions and drive performance to increase sales for Virgin Media.

- Confident in managing a direct team but also rolling up your sleeves to support with both consumer engagement and door to door sales activities.
- Motivated and committed to meeting and exceeding team targets.
- Experienced in driving daily sales performance.
Where and when will I work?
This role is perfect for someone who has people management experience (preferably field sales experience). You and your team of door-to-door field sales reps will spend your working time out and about, engaging with potential new Virgin Media customers at their homes.
This is a permanent full-time role (35 working hours per week) Monday – Friday 12pm-8pm.
