We're looking for an exceptional Senior Business Co-Ordinator to provide proactive, high-level support to the CPM UK Board.

The Role
You'll be a trusted partner to senior leaders, managing priorities, coordinating activity, and ensuring the Board can operate efficiently and effectively.
Alongside traditional EA responsibilities, you'll play an important role in creating high-quality presentations, executive communications and Board materials, using the latest digital and AI tools to drive efficiency and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing proactive executive support to the CEO and UK Board Directors.
- Managing complex diaries, meetings and schedules, ensuring priorities are effectively coordinated.
- Arranging travel, accommodation and logistics using approved suppliers.
- Acting as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Preparing high-quality Board papers, presentations, reports and executive communications.
- Coordinating leadership meetings, events and off site activities.
- Supporting wider business projects and administrative initiatives as required.
- Collaborating with other Executive Assistants to provide seamless support and cover.
- Leveraging AI and digital productivity tools to improve efficiency, reporting and presentation development.
- Maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality and attention to detail.
About You
You'll be a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant with experience supporting senior leaders in a fast moving environment.
You'll be comfortable managing competing priorities, communicating with stakeholders at all levels, and producing polished executive level materials.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or senior administrative support role.
- Exceptional organisational and diary management skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capability.
- Advanced Power Point skills with the ability to create engaging Board-level presentations and reports.
- Strong proficiency across Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Experience using AI powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Chat GPT or similar productivity platforms.
- High levels of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive, solutions focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
