As an Internal Recruiter, you'll recruit for Sales and Merchandising roles across the UK, representing some of the world's leading brands including Mars, ASDA, Diageo, Suntory and Samsung.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, thrives on building relationships.

Recruitment experience is not essential, the right attitude and the enthusiasm to learn and develop a career in recruitment are essential.

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

The basic salary is £28,000 + OTE £5K Uncapped!

About the role

As a Recruiter, you'll take ownership of the recruitment process from start to finish, helping to attract, assess and secure the very best talent for field-based roles across the UK.

Around 80% of your day will be spent on the phone, screening candidates and keeping vacancies moving at pace.

This role would suit someone from an outbound recruitment, telesales, contact centre or high-volume customer service background who is confident making outbound calls, managing multiple priorities and working towards KPIs in a fast-moving environment.

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing through to offer.
  • Conducting engaging telephone and Teams interviews.
  • Building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Using job boards, Linked In Recruiter and CV databases to proactively source talent.
  • Creating an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Managing multiple vacancies while maintaining pace and quality.
  • Working closely with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment campaigns and attract the right people.
  • Finding creative solutions to recruitment challenges and continuously improving your approach.

  • Experience in recruitment, resourcing, outbound sales, contact centres or another phone-based role.
  • Loves talking to people and is confident spending most of the day on the phone.
  • Is driven by achieving goals and enjoys working to KPIs.
  • Is proactive, positive and enjoys finding solutions.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and administration skills.
  • Has good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, and ideally experience using recruitment systems or Linked In Recruiter (although full training can be provided).
