We’re seeking an Operations Administrator to join our Fleet & Assets team. This is an exciting 3 Month Fixed Term Contract opportunity to join a small, supportive team in a varied role, with potential to extend for the right person. The core function of this role is to support the day-to-day operational requirements of the Fleet & Assets team, ensuring company equipment is set up, tracked and managed accurately, while providing excellent support to internal teams and field colleagues. Initially office-based for training in Thame, with requirement to move to the Stokenchurch office once the business relocates.
Key Responsibilities:
- To set up and configure company tablets and phones for field new starters across different accounts.
- To order and manage SIM cards and support with the EE SIM account where required.
- To ensure company assets are logged, tracked and updated accurately on internal systems.
- To support the distribution of company equipment in line with required standards and timescales.
- To monitor busy shared inboxes across Assets and Fleet, triaging queries and escalating where appropriate.
- To support query resolution relating to phones, tablets, SIMs, assets and basic fleet administration.
- To liaise with Operations teams regarding equipment setup, delivery, queries and internal requirements.
- To follow documented processes and ensure all administration is completed accurately.
- To support with basic troubleshooting of equipment issues, escalating to IT where required.
- To assist the wider Fleet & Assets team with day-to-day administration and operational support.
Requirements:
- Ability to work under pressure and with a wide range of people.
- Ability to multi-task and manage your own deadlines, negotiating as appropriate.
- A positive reaction to change – in a fast-moving environment, always with a can-do attitude.
- A confident communicator who problem solves and flags potential issues, asking questions to ensure understanding.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when managing assets, equipment and admin records.
- Comfortable using technology, with an interest in phones, tablets and basic troubleshooting.
- Office administration experience is desirable.
- Experience of MS applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
