Cosine is currently seeking a Compliance Auditor to join our field team for Allwyn, National Lottery. In this role, you will work with a Young Adult (aged 18-20) to visit various retailers, including grocery stores, convenience stores, and other vendors selling National Lottery products. The objective is to verify whether retailers are requesting ID from Young Adults when purchasing age-restricted products. As part of a team of two, you will work together to ensure that proper ID checks are being conducted. £102.45 per day (including holiday pay) plus bonus and business mileage. Full training and support from your Regional Manager are provided for the duration of the campaign.

Responsibilities
- Verify ID requests at point of sale for Young Adults.
- Conduct visits to a minimum of twenty-four stores per day between 8 am and 7 pm, Monday to Friday.
- Record observations accurately in the mobile app and submit reports daily.
- Coordinate travel and return the Young Adult to an agreed location after each visit.
- Collaborate with your partner auditor and your Regional Manager to meet visit targets and adhere to schedules.
- Provide training in face-to-face or Teams sessions as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience confidently interacting with retailers/customers.
- Experience within retail and field marketing is preferred.
- Good knowledge of the local area to plan journeys efficiently.
- Reliable and committed.
- Ability to meet deadlines to achieve visit targets.
- Highly organised to plan team’s day.
- Access to smart device to enter results via the App.
- Must download app and report data accurately daily.
- Work at least three full days per week for next four weeks; schedule aligned with Young Adult availability.
