CPM is seeking part-time merchandisers to place POS and in-store media at Asda Darlington. The role requires availability each Wednesday night/Thursday morning (average 1.5 hours per week*) and experience with merchandising/placing POS. Pay is £16.94 per hour (including holiday pay). Location: Darlington, DL1. Store: Asda Darlington SS DL1 3RB.
Responsibilities
- You will place POS in designated parts of the store to support several brands, ensuring coverage of all placements.
- Each placement must be photographed and reported through an online app upon completion.
- Sign into the store and introduce yourself to key store contacts.
- Liaise with store colleagues to locate the POS previously delivered.
- Place POS in pre-arranged sections of the store, using a stepladder if required.
Key Requirements
- Availability each Wednesday evening/Thursday morning to complete visits.
- Call times between 8 pm Wednesday and 8 am Thursday; hours will vary week-to-week.
- Own a smartphone (Android or Apple) to report visits via the app.
- Comfortable placing POS at height with a stepladder.
- Proficient and confident using and navigating an app-based system.
- Willingness to work in-store, navigating the store and moving heavier boxes of POS or stock as needed.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
