A Regional Sales Manager is required to work for CPM representing Lucozade Ribena Suntory covering Scotland and the North. Salary is £36,558.08 per annum, plus a 10% bonus and a company car.

Responsibilities
As Regional Sales Manager you will lead a sales team of up to 12 Sales Executives who will contact independent and food service retailers on behalf of our client. Key duties include:
- Set a clear vision and strategy covering training, development, retention, and motivation of the team.
- Manage costs, budgets, and provide commercial insight to support senior management.
- Recruit and develop talent, minimise churn, and deliver a high‑performance team.
- Carry out performance management and coaching.
- Support the National Sales Manager with senior management duties.
- Deliver against key sales targets and KPIs.
- Plan and organise regional meetings and cascade communications.
- Analyse data from multiple sources to identify opportunities and underlying trends.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience managing a sales team, ideally at an area level.
- Understanding of retail/FMCG preferred.
- A full UK driving licence.
