Ideal Location: Brighton, United Kingdom, BN45. Territory covering: Brighton, Guildford, Portsmouth, Redhill, Tonbridge and surrounding areas.

About the role:

As a Sales Executive, you’ll immerse yourself in the Trade – engaging with outlet decision makers and bar teams. Working in close collaboration with AUK regional field sales teams, your main focus will be fostering and maintaining strong relationships, delivering added value through exceptional customer service, brand education and training, and trade activation initiatives. Through your consultative approach, you will support outlet owners and decision makers in driving outlet performance and category growth, enhancing and leveraging AUK brand loyalty, portfolio expansion and rate of sale. You will also have responsibility for account management of your own portfolio of accounts and associated targets. With the autonomy to manage your own diary and accountability for the delivery of your KPIs, this role requires a high level of self‑motivation and an entrepreneurial approach, with superior time‑management and organisational skills.

Do you have:

  • A passion for or interest in premium drinks – previous experience within a beer or beverage serving environment desirable
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a knack for networking, relationship building and engaging diverse audiences
  • Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service and stand‑out brand activation
  • Strong numeracy, financial acumen and commercial awareness
  • Impeccable organisational skills, including planning and prioritisation
  • A proven track record of achieving results and adapting to fast‑paced environments
  • A commitment to continuous learning and development within the industry

Key responsibilities:

  • Serve as the trade face of AUK’s premium beer portfolio and an advocate for the beer category.
  • Support and collaborate with AUK regional sales teams to deliver an agreed number of advocacy, engagement, training and activation activities across core accounts.
  • Account management of designated outlets, achieving visit targets, and delivering annual distribution, retention and volume goals.
  • Capture and report data and insights from each visit using a CRM system.
