Are you looking for extra part-time work to fit around other commitments? Cosine may have the role for you! We are looking for a part-time Account Manager to join our team working on behalf of DPD, working 1 day per week (flexible on which day to suit you!).
You will be assisting service providers in your territory with their parcel service, training store workers, and reporting on faults. Work starting ASAP with full training for 12 months. £90 per day (including holiday pay) plus mileage paid.
You will call into smaller independent as well as large multinational businesses to ensure that the parcel service runs smoothly, liaising with decision makers to ensure that all team members are trained in how to use the service and ensure that systems run smoothly, reporting faults and troubleshooting where necessary.

- Have the ability to build and develop relationships and use these to support businesses in providing excellent customer service and high standards of service to their customer base.
- Have experience of working to tight deadlines and under pressure.
- Have excellent Microsoft Word/Excel knowledge and can report using both tablet and smartphone.
