We are looking for a reliable, hands-on operator to support the day-to-day running of a portfolio of serviced apartments in Central London. This is a part-time, on-the-ground role (2 days per week, including one weekend day) focused on keeping apartments guest-ready, resolving issues quickly, and ensuring smooth operations across the portfolio. You will work closely with a small, fast-moving team and play a key role in maintaining high standards across our units.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Ensuring apartments are fully guest-ready and issue-free
- Carrying out minor maintenance tasks (e.g. replacing fixtures, basic troubleshooting such as boiler pressure resets)
- Acting as the on-the-ground problem solver for operational issues
- Coordinating with cleaning teams, guest communications, and external contractors
- Managing and following up on maintenance jobs
- Supporting general day-to-day operations as needed
- Being available for occasional call-outs (preferred)
