We’re looking for a well-organised and proactive team member to support our lettings and operations. This role sits at the heart of our business, helping deliver a smooth experience for both tenants and landlords. We want to work with someone who believes every problem has a solution. What you’ll be doing:
- Writing and managing property adverts
- Booking and coordinating viewings
- Supporting the onboarding of new tenants
- Liaising with tenants across email, phone, and portals
- Logging and chasing rent payments and deposits
- Ordering certificates and keeping compliance in check
- Keeping our inboxes organised and replying to incoming queries
- Supporting portfolio managers with inspections, viewings, and check-ins
- Writing tenant comms and email campaigns

Details:
- Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
- Full time, based in our Liverpool HQ
- Salary £25,000
- 15 Saturdays (remote) per year
- Experience isn’t required but good computer skills are a must!
- Driving license and access to a personal car required
