We are currently looking for a Customer Experience Advisor to join our vibrant and busy team in St Helens. The Customer Experience Advisor will be the main point of contact for clients, checking building surveyors reports, answering calls, handling complaints, providing outstanding customer service, and obtaining reviews to enhance our reputation. Reporting to senior surveyors, technical directors, and team leaders, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients' needs are met efficiently and professionally.
