We are currently looking for a Customer Experience Advisor to join our vibrant and busy team in St Helens. This exciting role offers you the opportunity to be at the forefront of customer relations within the building surveying sector, working with a friendly and professional team committed to excellence.
Hours of Work: full time
The Customer Experience Advisor will be the main point of contact for clients, checking building surveyors’ reports, answering calls, handling complaints, providing outstanding customer service, and obtaining reviews to enhance our reputation. Reporting to senior surveyors, technical directors, and team leaders, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients' needs are met efficiently and professionally.
