The Cosentino team is looking for an Retail Sales Manager for the Kent area.

You will be responsible for our strategy and relationship with our clients, ensuring the sales and promotion of our Cosentino products. Acquiring new and maintaining current customers will be part of your responsibilities, as well as understanding their needs to achieve their short- and long-term expectations, ensuring the delivery of our best services, generating demand through appropriate care and service across sales channels. Knowledge of the kitchen and stone industry is desirable. A willingness to work with K&B stores, fabricators, and interior designers to generate leads.

What you will do

You will serve as our main point of contact for clients, helping them reach their goals and maintaining positive, profitable relationships. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and maintaining current product knowledge to present to customers.
  2. Presenting and selling company products and services to current and potential clients in remodel, home improvement, cabinet making, building, and fabrication sectors.
  3. Managing overall sales within the assigned territory.
  4. Identifying opportunities to maximize the visibility of Cosentino products to generate sales.
  5. Promoting visits to Cosentino Centers to optimize sales and marketing.
  6. Finding new points of sale.
  7. Ensuring customers have marketing materials like samples, brochures, and display towers to support sales.
  8. Managing customer relationships by resolving concerns, updating CRM system, providing quotes, and scheduling visits.
  9. Increasing market share by enhancing displays and point-of-purchase materials.
  10. Planning visit schedules based on client importance.
  11. Building and maintaining trusting relationships with clients.
  12. Providing post-sale service.
  13. Preparing action plans to target specific clients and set contact goals.
  14. Collaborating with corporate staff, Cosentino Centers, and other Account Managers.
  15. Working with the General Manager and Sales Team to execute regional business strategies.
  16. Training on product features and attributes, providing relevant marketing tools.
  17. Monitoring and maintaining data in CRM.

What you need to succeed

Required Experience:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in:
  • Commercial projects.
  • Experience with customer databases, Salesforce preferred.
