Cosegic in London is seeking an Associate Director to lead client engagements within Investment Firms, shaping regulatory strategy and developing a high-performing practice. You will provide senior FCA/SEC regulatory guidance, oversee monitoring programmes, and support authorisations, Variations of Permission, Change in Control and registrations.

This role requires commercial awareness, senior stakeholder leadership, and the ability to mentor consultants while growing the client book.
