Cosegic’s Digital Finance practice is scaling rapidly. We advise high-growth fintechs, regulated payment institutions and digital asset firms navigating FCA authorisation, operational risk uplift and regulatory change. This is a role for someone who wants to operate at the frontier of UK digital finance - not just maintain compliance, but shape it.

The Opportunity

  • Lead client engagements across payments, e‑money and digital assets
  • Design and review operational and enterprise risk frameworks
  • Deliver compliance monitoring, audit and remediation programmes
  • Support FCA authorisations, variations and regulatory change projects
  • Provide board‑level insight on regulatory positioning

You will also:

  • Build and manage your own client portfolio
  • Actively horizon scan regulatory and market developments
  • Translate emerging policy into client strategy and thought leadership
  • Develop and maintain a professional network that drives commercial opportunity

What We’re Looking For

Experience in fintech, payments, e‑money or digital assets gained in a regulated firm, consultancy, audit or supervisory environment. Strength in operational/enterprise risk and/or digital asset compliance. Commercial awareness, intellectual curiosity and comfort operating in fast‑moving regulatory environments are essential.
