Are you a creative, customer-focused digital marketer with a knack for delivering revenue driving customer recruitment and retention campaigns? Do you want to help to save the world from boring baby stuff?At Cosatto we believe in making clever stuff for happy babies and we’re now looking for a CRM Specialist to help take our customer relationship marketing onto the next stage.

Key Responsibilities will include;

  • Supporting the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns
  • Coordinating with our in-house design studio and external agencies to produce campaign assets
  • Leading smaller campaigns from concept to completion
  • Managing timelines and campaign assets to ensure consistency and alignment with the greater business vision
  • Analysing performance data to inform learning reviews and future strategies
  • Management and monitoring of automated flows

About You

  • c.3 years marketing experience, ideally with a fast-moving consumer goods business
  • Experience of Klaviyo is preferable
  • Strong project management skills and able to work to tight deadlines
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data
  • Agile and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for creative excellence and exploring new trends
  • A collaborative team player who wants to work in a business that does things differently
  • SMS and Direct Mail experience is also desirable.

About the role

As the CRM Specialist at Cosatto, you’ll report directly to the Associate Brand and Marketing Director and help craft our customer retention strategy and execution. Your mission is to increase the number of parents-to-be in our database, create engaging, insightful messages to help sell our extensive first stage and second stage baby ranges.

You’ll have c.3 years’ work experience in CRM marketing and have the drive to be able to manage a busy workload, gradually taking over our CRM database and growing and nurturing it. Defining segments, designing A/B tests, monitoring and reporting on results and continuously optimising things like open and conversion rates. You’ll define our ongoing campaigns calendar, making sure we have the right content to increase our customer lifetime value.

Key to success in this role is a desire for ownership, although you will be fully supported day-to-day we don’t believe in micromanagement. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow with the role and gradually take ownership of this critical area for the business.
