- Promover la definición, implementación y sostenibilidad del modelo de gobierno de procesos en la organización, asegurando su vigencia, cumplimiento y alineamiento con la estrategia corporativa.
- Coordinar con los dueños de procesos y stakeholders, la documentación, actualización, formalización y mejora continua de los procesos, procedimientos y documentos relacionados.
- Desarrollar e implementar propuestas para organizar y dar mejor accesibilidad de información de procesos a todos los miembros de la organización.
- Identificar patrones y oportunidades en la información relevada y plantear propuestas de solución estratégicas.
- Definir, mantener y hacer seguimiento a los indicadores de desempeño de procesos, estableciendo mecanismos de seguimiento que permitan evaluar su eficiencia, efectividad y aporte a los resultados del negocio.
- Identificar oportunidades de digitalización, automatización e integración tecnológica que permitan optimizar procesos y reducir actividades de bajo valor agregado.
- Investigar y proponer nuevas metodologías, tendencias y mejores prácticas en gestión de procesos.
- Requisitos
- Bachiller o Titulado en Ing. Industrial, Ing. Civil, Arquitectura, Ingeniería de sistemas o carreras afines con experiencia en gestión y mejora de procesos.
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años como Coordinador o Especialista de procesos y/o Mejora continua y/o similares.
- Experiencia en el sector construcción o minería.
- Especialización en Gobierno y Gestión de procesos.
- Diplomado/Curso en Metodologías Ágiles, Lean Six Sigma, Lean Construction, VDC o similares.
- Manejo de Excel y Power BI a nivel Intermedio.
- Manejo de BPM (Bizagi, Visio, etc).
- Disponibilidad para realizar visitas a proyecto.
