Nuestra empresa COSAPI se encuentra en la búsqueda del mejor talento para la posición de ANALISTA DE SISTEMAS Y PMO.
Objetivo del puesto: Asegurar la eficiencia y efectividad en la ejecución de proyectos de tecnologÃa de la información mediante la aplicación de mejores prácticas.
Responsabilidades y funciones:
- Diseñar y mejorar los procesos y procedimientos de gestión de proyectos para su aplicación en la empresa asà como el alineamiento con otras áreas vinculadas de la gerencia.
- Contribuir con el establecimiento de indicadores claves de desempeño y herramientas de seguimiento necesarias para controlar y gestionar eficazmente el avance y resultados de los proyectos.
- Desarrollar y ejecutar los planes de comunicación asà como la difusión de las soluciones tecnológicas implementadas (proyectos cerrados) para el conocimiento de los usuarios en la compañÃa.
- Participar del proceso y procedimientos de la gestión de demanda en la Gerencia de Tecnologia de la Información para el balance de los recursos (asignaciones).
- Participar del comité de control de cambios asegurando las salidas en vivo que hayan cumplido los criterios establecidos.
- Monitorear los resultados de los proyectos implementados y elaborar la estadÃstica para el procedimiento de retroalimentación en la Gestión de Proyectos.
Requisitos:
- Egresado o Bachiller en Ing. Industrial o Ing. Sistemas.
- Curso en Análisis de Procesos.
- Diplomado en Gestión de proyectos o metodologÃas ágiles.
- Experiencia de 1 año como Analista en control de proyectos, implementaciones de ERP, proyectos de transformación, soluciones tecnológicas integrales, análisis y/o mejora de procesos.
- Manejo de Ms Office a Nivel Avanzado.
- Manejo de Power BI a nivel intermedio.
- Conocimientos y manejo a nivel avanzado de ERPs.
- Inglés a nivel intermedio (deseable).
