Job Description:
The Visual Merchandiser plays a pivotal role in creating an excellent customer journey within the store. You will have the opportunity to enhance the collection\’s presentation to inspire customers and boost sales, focusing on both customer service and visual impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality customer service through styling advice, product knowledge, and store experience
- Analyzing sales data and directing the store\’s visual presentation accordingly
- Installing window displays and creating inspiring outfits and mannequins
- Merchandising stock on the shop floor as per company guidelines
- Supporting store operations and sales staff
- Setting visual merchandising standards and training team members
- Representing the brand and ensuring a positive customer experience
