As a Site Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer journey on COS.com. You will coordinate content updates, plan site execution, and ensure site stability while driving optimisation of user experience and sales. Working within the Site Operations team, you will oversee incident management, development processes, and reporting to maintain site speed and performance, always upholding COS’s standards of quality.
Site Content Update & Activations: Partner with the Digital Experience Assistant to implement weekly site plans aligned with regional strategies and marketing calendars. Manage promotions and commercial launches, ensuring timely updates to site content via CMS (Storyblok).
Site Translation Management: Oversee content across 19 European websites in 7 languages, collaborating with the Language team to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
Product Enrichment: Work closely with the Regional Merchandising team to maximise product selling potential by ensuring new products are fully enriched and shoppable as soon as stock becomes available.
Marketing Alignment: Work closely with Digital Marketing channel representatives to maintain a consistent and relevant customer journey across all touchpoints, ensuring products are live across all markets in newsletters and campaigns.
Promotion & Voucher Management: Partner with CRM, PR, and Affiliate teams to create and manage promotional codes that align with marketing activations. Coordinate with Merchandising to plan and execute actions during sale and promotion periods.
Performance Monitoring: Produce weekly performance reports, track KPIs (e.g., site speed, bounce rates), and deliver actionable insights through competitor analysis and benchmarking.
Testing & Optimisation: Initiate, execute, and analyse A/B tests on site functionalities, checkout processes, and conversion points to drive improvements aligned with business goals.
Technical Collaboration: Work with Global Product and Business Tech teams to launch new features, troubleshoot issues, and validate digital product changes. Support execution and prioritisation of the digital roadmap, ensuring smooth implementation of new functionalities.
Incident Management: Report, evaluate, and prioritise service interruptions, providing visibility to stakeholders and ensuring efficient resolution and recovery.
Cross-Functional Projects: Contribute to CRO, SEO, and digital expansion initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional forums with Digital Experience, E-commerce Operations, CRM, and Merchandising teams to set priorities that enhance selling performance and deliver value to COS customers.

What you need to succeed:
- Previous e-commerce site management and publishing experience via CMS platforms
- Sales driven and result-oriented with a passion for the digital landscape
- Ability to take ownership and effectively manage multiple priorities and projects
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance reporting and A/B testing
- Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Curious, proactive and eager to learn and identify new ways to drive results
- Familiarity with analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Power BI
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
This is a full-time permanent contract of 39 hours a week based at our Regional Office in London.
