We are looking for a Senior Designer specializing in Jewellery and Sunglasses to join the COS design team on a temporary 3-month contract. You will lead the creative direction of the category, delivering premium, modern accessories that complement the COS womenswear collection and reflect our brand values of functionality, timelessness, and quality. This role can be flexible to work 3/4 days per week in our London Head Office and must be able to start at the end of June 2025.
Key Responsibilities
- Design jewellery and sunglasses collections from concept to completion, aligned with COSβs seasonal vision and customer expectations.
- Build a considered and commercial assortment that contributes to a complete, layered wardrobe.
- Research trends, materials, and customer insights to inform innovative and sustainable product development.
- Ensure your category has a clear identity within the womenswear & menswear assortment, and drive its evolution seasonally.
- Work collaboratively with buying, development, and wider design teams to ensure consistency, quality, and timely execution.
- Provide high level of awareness and knowledge of current and future trends to enhance design quality of the department.
Qualifications

- Significant experience designing jewellery and/or sunglasses, ideally within a premium or luxury brand.
- Proficient in product fitting with advanced technical knowledge of jewellery design and construction.

- Confident team player and communicator, comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Passion for sustainable design and innovation.
- Genuine interest in the COS brand.
