As the Site Operations Coordinator, you are responsible for planning, briefing, and co-ordinating content updates for COS E-Commerce websites to achieve a relevant customer journey, optimising user experience and maximising sales while adhering to COS standards for quality at all times. In this role, you will work together with the site operation team and be responsible for site stability, incident management and reporting to optimise site speed.

What you will do:

  • Develop and implement weekly site plans based on regional commercial strategies and the digital marketing calendar, manage promotions and sales activations, ensuring the sites mirror our shared goals.
  • Oversee the layout, visual look, and overall content of the website according to the COS brand ID and visual guidelines through content management system (Storyblok).
  • Collaborate within your Regional E-Commerce Team to establish a customer journey that drives profitable E-Commerce selling towards the set targets and merchandise goals, ensuring product enrichment to maximise selling potential.
  • Deliver weekly performance reports and use data-driven insights to optimise site experience and conversion rates through A/B testing.
  • Align with digital marketing channel representatives to secure customer journey relevance from customer-facing channels to site.
  • Support the E-Commerce Digital Experience Team by delivering briefs that outline customer experience expectations set by COS Global teams.
  • Partner with IT and development teams to plan, test, and implement new website features, and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects focused on site optimisation, including CRO, SEO, and digital expansion initiatives.

What you need to succeed:

  • Previous E-commerce site management and publishing experience via CMS platforms.
  • Sales driven and result oriented with a passion for the digital landscape.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance reporting and A/B testing.
  • Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to take ownership and effectively manage multiple priorities and projects.
  • Curious, proactive and eager to learn and identify new ways to drive results.
  • Familiarity with analytical tools such as Contentsquare, Google Analytics and PowerBI.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Additional Information:

This is a full-time permanent contract of 39 hours a week based at our Regional Office in London.
