As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will support our global Product teams by partnering with leaders across Buying, Design and Production. Your focus will be to bring structure, insight and simplicity to how we work — helping our teams stay aligned, confident and ready for the future. Working across multiple markets, you will ensure our people practices are consistent, thoughtful and anchored in our long-term direction. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of our brand by supporting leadership, strengthening organisational foundations and enabling teams who care deeply about creating elevated products for the customer through their craftsmanship, innovation and quality.
What you will do:
- Act as a trusted advisor on organisational design, workforce planning and business transformation.
- Collaborate with specialists in Talent, Reward, L&D, People Ops to deliver integrated solutions.
- Translate commercial priorities into actionable HR and talent initiatives for the product team.
- Talent Management: Lead talent planning, succession planning and leadership development within the product area, identify capability gaps and work with L&D to implement targeted learning and development solutions.
- Contribute to budgeting and headcount planning cycles.
- Coach leaders on feedback, goal setting and performance conversations.
- Employee Relations: Oversee complex employee relations cases, ensuring fair, consistent and legally compliant outcomes.
- Provide expert guidance on disciplinary, grievance and restructuring processes, mitigate risk by advising on employment legislation and best practice.
- Organization Change: Lead people-related aspects of organisational change, including restructures and transformation programs. Support leaders through change with clear communication and engagement plan.
- Monitor key metrics such as attrition, engagement and diversity to identify trends, provide insights and recommendations to improve business performance.
- Drive initiatives to improve engagement, retention and employee experience.
- Support the delivery and action planning of engagement surveys.
- Partner with Reward teams on salary reviews and benchmarking.
- Influence and challenge stakeholders constructively to achieve the best outcomes.
What you need to succeed:
- Solid experience as an HR Business Partner within fashion, luxury or in organisations with strong creative functions.
- Strong experience in leading HR activities for creative teams.
- Solid knowledge of UK employment law and confident managing employee relations issues.
- Confidence in partnering with senior leaders and expert teams, with the ability to offer clear guidance and constructive challenge on a variety of topics including talent management, performance, pay & reward, employment relations, organisational change management/design, recruitment, learning and development.
- Experience with modern HR frameworks including job architecture, talent planning, performance development and succession.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and international locations.
