Highly organised and structured, able to coordinate multiple workstreams with strong attention to detail and quality. Takes ownership of delivery, ensuring timelines, dependencies and risks are actively managed and resolved.
  • Data, insight & decision-making: Strong analytical capability, with confidence working across accuracy KPIs, read-rate data, compliance reporting and system diagnostics. Uses data to identify root causes, prioritise actions and drive continuous improvement in inventory accuracy and performance.
  • Collaboration & ways of working: Builds strong, trust-based relationships and collaborates effectively across Technology, Supply Chain, Merchandising and Store Operations.
