We are looking for an Email & CRM Coordinator (maternity cover) to join our European Regional Team based in London. This role supports the implementation of CRM initiatives to drive engagement, loyalty and profitable growth, contributing to key business KPIs for the region.
What you will do
- Develop, build and deploy email and SMS campaigns across our European markets, ensuring accurate, consistent and timely delivery.
- Test all newsletters before sending to ensure accurate template responsiveness across devices and email providers.
- Optimise and refresh triggered campaigns to be seasonally relevant and aligned with key content moments.
- Report on newsletter and trigger campaigns, driving optimum engagement and conversion across all customer segments.
- Collaborate with the regional performance marketing team to ensure consistent messaging of campaigns and promotions across all channels to maximise KPIs (traffic, conversion and revenue).
- Collaborate with the CRM Specialist to drive personalised experiences through a strong test-and-learn approach.
- Drive innovation across campaigns, monitor the competitor landscape and developments within CRM and tech capabilities.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-moving CRM team, building and reporting across email and SMS campaigns, ideally in the fashion industry.
- Familiarity with ESPs (Emarsys is a plus), building campaigns and technical automated workflows.
- Confidence analysing campaigns and attributing market performance to regional KPIs.
- Customer-first mindset with ability to deliver personalised experiences through insight, content and segmentation.
- Strong visual presentation, organisational, analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise and manage time independently.
